Our secretaries’ role is to be “front of house” and they are here to welcome patients and visitors and successfully deal with many sensitive, urgent and intricate patient enquires. They capably prioritise and deal with a multitude of complex systems and procedures. It is for this reason that you may be asked for additional medical information. All our reception staff are involved in general office duties.
